Doesn t work
Trying to change a car on the policy. Chose sale/effective dates, error « chose valid date », try again and again, pick another date to see if it works, it does not. Calling them? No one answers. You can do better allstate.

Can’t update me address info
This app (and the Allstate website) are totally useless. I can’t update my address info cause I keep getting an invalid effective date no matter what date I try and the app doesn’t tell me what is valid.

Add new Policies
Is there any guidance as to how I can add multiple policies in the app?
I added my home policy in the app but cannot find any way to add my auto policy along with my home policy.
