I am not able to see my copy of insurance & payment details. The app only shows me automerit details. Can anyone help me with that?

Automerit is a fraud
Automerit is a fraudulent system to deny discount to the customers. As is pretty clear by all the reviews here it is highly inaccurate and purposely designed to deny any discount to the customer. Hard braking and hard acceleration are their favourite errors, shown so erroneously. And their standard replies to the customers, like - “your safety is important “, “even experienced driver have to hard brake an accelerate sometimes “, “one trip won’t affect anything”, “average is calculated over several trips”, clearly show their insensitive attitude towards all the reviews. Their responses clearly highlight that this app h
As been purposely made ultra sensitive for a clear objective (deny the chance of earning any discount). This trend is consistent. They’ll always have two or more hard braking/acceleration on a DAILY BASIS on long trips and then come up with responses which would state that as if it was one time occurrence when it is the most consistent trend.
Oh, and another standard response - “mark the the trip as I WAS PASSENGER”. It’s like saying that we are working by unethical means and you should also start using such means.
I could not find even a single response from their side which accepts that there maybe an error from their side and they will consider improving the app. Why would they even care when it is perfectly solving the purpose and giving desired results?
