it is cheap and reasonable and customer service not that great. The very annoying music played while on hold. It is not easy to Port out your phone line from them. Last year’s ‘price hike was huge and a big jump. I was given some discount for a short while. With this increased price, I can go elsewhere…

Been with these guys since 2018 because my mom loves cheap pricing but they give you EXTREMELY cheap service, their customer service is garbage, it takes forever to contact someone and when you do, the problem is never resolved. The internet speed that you pay for is always way slower, seems as if they internet throttle but make you pay the same price and their fix is always “restart the modem and router, then check the internet speed” They over charge you on invoices and don’t make corrections when you confront them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It always boggles my mind when a telecommunications company can’t make a properly functioning app.

I had to login n times to view the profile. It took me multiple tries to add the card details. After payment, no proper indication that the payment is successful instead the app says submit successful. Maintenance required.
