CleanPay Mobile is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use CleanPay Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.

• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.

For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

Works great! However…

The app should send a notification telling you which machine is done.

They didn’t refund me

I try reloading my app and for some reason it lags and they double charge my credit card I call and even write an email and provided the proof and they didn’t even reply. The service is so bad!

frustrating to work with

this app is frustrating to set up and has a lot of kinks in the programming. It needed bluetooth to connect to my building but then when I turned it on it wouldn’t connect. It is also frustrating that it charges 0.25 every time you add money this really adds up. It also is unnecessarily hard to add a new credit card. Also it should have you add money by choosing the amount of cycles, its a hassle trying to put the exact amount of money for cycles into the account. And it has a lower limit of 10$ to add which is frustrating if you aren’t going to be staying at the apartment building. Overall very dissatisfied and would not use this app if it was not my only option.
