Can’t login
For no reason, this app has decided that I’m no longer logged in. No problem I think I will just login again using the credentials stored in my keychain. The credentials, but filling in the email address, blows the password, and filling in the password blotto’s the email address, and I use a hide my email addressvalue my email address, enter my credentials without having to memorize my username or my password. What a gong show.
Le pire centre d’appel
S’il vous plait Communauto faites plus d’investissement dans votre centre d’appel c’est honteux combien de temps j’ai attendu pour des erreurs de votre côté.
Et s’il vous plaît créez un système de rappel au client au lieu de nous faire attendre avec votre horrible musique qui nous fait arracher les cheveux.
Good idea, terrible execution
The idea is great, but man this app is bad… specially on the latest version. logged me out by itself, then trying to log in gave me ‘profile incomplete’ message, had to call support to fix it. Now it keeps logging you out for no reason, and to make it worse the credentials screen resets all info by putting the app in the background which prevents using password apps.
Lastly service wise it’s ok, unless you need to get a car in a locked garage… then you need to pray their locks have battery or wait 30m+ on the phone in a random building with people yelling you shouldn’t be there.
