Fixed a glitch with the driver tracking

New pickup and dropoff time system. Added valet and vehicle swap. New package count system with individual counts for each package size. On hold deeleeos can now be cancelled.

Fixed bug where estimated deeleeo duration was always 0.

Location search results are now limited to Canada. Added option to delete your account in the My Account screen. Fixed bug where user could cancel individual deeleeos within a bundle (now it will cancel the whole bundle). Changed status label to use words instead of check mark and x for completed and canceled deeleeos.

Added button to clear all notifications. No longer saves a draft if nothing was changed. Changed tab bar buttons order.

Fixed a bug where the "How to Deeleeo" screen would cause the deeleeo draft to be cleared.

New app design. Twilio voice calling has been replaced with normal phone calling. Because of this, phone number is now mandatory for deeleeo accounts. Deeleeo agents will be able to see your phone number. Added ability to view Deeleeo Bundles (for businesses, bundles cannot be created in the app). Favourite Agents feature now sends your deeleeo to all favourites instead of just one.
