This app rocks. The quality of driver training and customer service is super strong for when any real world mistakes and gaps happen. Excited to see them continue to develop new functionality and features for my business.
Misleading and disfunctional
I ordered something online and the company outsourced to this company for delivery. Got a text message with a link to the delivery ID and tracking ID, but then it requires to download the app. The app asks your personal information to signup. I try to use Apple ID to sign up to avoid giving my personal information to this app that I am unsure about, but it resulted in error. It’s very inconvenient for customers to track the delivery since why would I being forced to give away my personal information simply because the vendor chose this company for delivery?
App Crashes
Every time I click on my delivery to track it. The app crashes. The support doesn’t text back nor is there a delivery instruction option or if there is I can’t get to it cause the app crashes every time so I can’t get to that option. I texted support to include delivery instructions for my order and they didn’t text back nor did they update the driver on instructions.
