Small but important improvements to keep My Canada Life at Work running smoothly so you can keep making claims and checking your benefits info on the go.

PLEASE NOTE: This major update transforms GroupNet Mobile to the new My Canada Life at Work app! You can still manage your workplace benefits and make claims – but now with an even more intuitive design. And for the first time ever, you can access your workplace savings plan info and check your balance on the go. This update also includes an improved biometric sign-in and other enhanced security features.

Can’t sign in after 3.6

Can’t sign in. After Face ID check a pops up window shows up and asks to allow GroupNet use to sign in, however the window closes immediately and cannot be clicked.

Thank-you for taking the time to connect with us. Sorry for the frustration this has caused you! We are aware app biometrics are not working as intended and are working hard to resolve asap. As a temporary solution, please uninstall/reinstall the app.

Doesn’t save login info

Every time I sign it, it asks me if I want to sign in with Face ID and I click ‘yes’ but the next time I open the app it wants me to enter my password again and prompts me again if I want to sign in with Face ID

Constant Technical Difficulties

I’ve been trying to see my claim history for two months now, but it’s always “Sorry we’re experiencing technical difficulties. Try again later.” I tried uninstalling and logging out, but it’s still broken. It worked fine before.
