Can’t sign in after 3.6

Can’t sign in. After Face ID check a pops up window shows up and asks to allow GroupNet use canadalife.com to sign in, however the window closes immediately and cannot be clicked.

Thank-you for taking the time to connect with us. Sorry for the frustration this has caused you! We are aware app biometrics are not working as intended and are working hard to resolve asap. As a temporary solution, please uninstall/reinstall the app.

Doesn’t save login info

Every time I sign it, it asks me if I want to sign in with Face ID and I click ‘yes’ but the next time I open the app it wants me to enter my password again and prompts me again if I want to sign in with Face ID

Everytime I log in, it says IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S US. Can you fix this please?
