I recently moved from Quebec to BC. I have an underlying heart condition from birth and have not found a cardiologist here in BC. Between this and that and business travel my prescription and meds ran out. All medical clinics within an hour could not take me for several weeks. I exhausted every option. I downloaded app, went through simple setup and had an appointment with a BC doctor in under 30 minutes. What a great service. The local doctors are maxed out and cannot keep up. Thank you.

C.C is annoyed
The wait times are long and just to get through triage takes forever. I recently wanted to use this instead of going to ER but the triage nurse keeps asking questions that I already answered in my intake form. Then she asked me questions that are completely not related to the issue. I am seeking help for my son but she keeps asking me about my husband. I keep insisting that my son is sick not my husband but it’s like she doesn’t understand. It was so frustrating that after an hour of going no where I just went to ER. What a waste of time.

Consistently disappointed with this service, stopped using it for months because they just kept directing me to the ER instead of helping. It’s incredibly frustrating as someone with extreme anxiety to be told to go to the ER for legal purposes and not because I am truly experiencing an emergency. I just want information on how to take care while waiting for an appointment… every time they flip my life upside down or treat me like a ping pong ball. It’s truly ridiculous and I regret revisiting and wasting my time only to be sympathetically told “good luck” and “sorry I’m not allowed to do more for you” by the RN. Shame on you for poaching staff from the failing public system only to send them back there and clog it up for reasons that don’t require the ER. Shame on you for not allowing your staff to give informed advice out of fear of someone suing a telecom corporation that already has enough money. People are dying and your exhausted medical professionals aren’t even allowed to do their jobs. It’s utterly disgusting.
