I booked a ride and then paid $14 deposit fee then few seconds later my ride was canceled. I called customer service by the way about 10 times because it kept saying user busy. Spoke the the agent And him my ride was canceled and I was charged he said it wasn’t possible for my ride to get canceled except I did it myself. He later confirmed it was canceled by the driver. Offered to refund my money as a store credit and I said no since it was my first time and a friend told me about it. I don’t know you guys why would I give you my money as a credit. I tried explaining that and he said I was ban from the service because chances are I’ll cancel on them in future and they’ll loose money. Well I’m a first timer and you yelling at me and banning me from a service I didn’t use and your driver canceled on me. Your drivers should be the one getting the warning and not me!!

This is a solid car pool app I don’t know why it’s so lowly rated. If I could add something to this app it would be the ability to see the divers’ rating before buying the ride.
- Added an option to skip rating the other passengers
- Added an option to mark a passenger as absent during the rating flow
