〉〉 SUPPORT
Question/doutb/bug: support@drumtunepro.com
⌘ Pro Tip ⌘
Drumtune PRO already has the widest tuning range of any drum tuner app or drum tuner device made so far.
• High pitches beyond the tuning range can show as lower pitches within the tuning range.
• Respect the natural tension range of your drumhead. Like tuning by ear, apply tension with care.
• Use common sense & trust your drummer instinct to never overtighten. Too much tension can snap drumheads, especially thin snare reso heads.
• Start at medium snare-reso tension first and increase gradually so the high pitch tracks accurately within range.
• When in doubt, or when overshooting the range chasing a pitch, return to medium tension.
► Tune smart, play hard, and trust Drumtune PRO to keep you sounding your best, every session!
This app used to work great, but no longer seems to work properly with iOS 18.5. The app opens but the tuner no longer works even though I made sure it can use the microphone. Also when selecting pitches for the drums it wouldn’t play any sound like it used to.

Deceiving!
Developer Response
Yes you can! Please, update to the new version 2.0.31. Thanks! As you know: this bug was fixed in the new version that was already released 3 days after you posted this review. Please, since that bug has been taken care of already, also update your review. Not updating a review wherein you (quite over dramatically) accuse a perfectly legit drum tuner tool of being “deceiving” for it having a bug, when that same bug has been fixed whithin 3 days while at the same time the app’s developer also reached out to you in an attempt to help you but when you didn’t respond to any efforts made, seems rather “deceiving”. Bugs are not nice to encounter, and we fully relate to that and did take care of it. We fix known issues asap. We are truly behind our app and fully support its user base. Thank you. Previous reply: You encountered a UI bug on your device. We provide excellent support, so in case of an issue please feel invited to contact support@drumtunepro.com.Apologies for the inconvenience. It's a bug which has been reported on some iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models running iOS 15. That bug has been solved in the beta version of v.2.0.31 this week. It is under testing still. Soon, by the end of the week, that version will be released. That's not "deceiving"... Why such a hostility? Keep it real, please. We're a small one-person company making a very advanced full fledged app for an affordable pricing. If you contact us, we will give you access to that beta-version, so that you can verify if the bug is fixed on your device, and will be able to enjoy the app without the UI bug right away. This can be a reality within 1 hour, after we added your account as beta tester. Thanks in advance for cooperating.Best regards.
