TherapyCRM Check-In turns a clinic iPad into a friendly front-desk kiosk. Children find their name, tap their own animated character and confirm with a big Yes. Staff use the same device to clock in and out. Check-In works with your practice’s TherapyCRM account. An authorized administrator signs in once to set up the device for a clinic. No accounts are created in the app. FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES • Find a name by its first letters or by birthday, then confirm with large Yes and No buttons • 25 animated character friends that blink, look around, wave and celebrate each check-in • Children can choose their own friend after checking in • Read it to me: one tap reads names and questions aloud with natural voices on the device, including Premium and Enhanced iOS voices when they are installed • Can’t see your name? A help button checks first, then lets the front desk know • Check out at the end of the visit, with optional pickup details • Family members who have agreed to receive messages can be told about check-in and pickup, following your practice’s settings FOR THE TEAM • Clock in, start and end breaks and clock out with a personal PIN, or with birthday and PIN • Optional rotating QR code for staff who use the TherapyCRM Therapist app • Spoken and haptic confirmations for staff actions • With permission, review today’s client attendance, correct a visit and resolve pending visits FOR ADMINISTRATORS • Settings are protected by each administrator’s own PIN • Choose name or birthday search, staff sign-in methods, the voice, animation and how long the goodbye screen stays • The kiosk stays awake while it is set up, and settings lock again after inactivity BUILT FOR THE FRONT DESK • Designed for iPad, including Split View, Slide Over and resizable windows, and also runs on iPhone • Supports VoiceOver, Bold Text, Increase Contrast and Reduce Motion • Check-ins made during a brief network interruption are saved and sent when the connection returns DESIGNED FOR PRIVACY • Name tiles show a first name and a character only, never a birthday • Client records stay in your practice’s TherapyCRM account, and the list kept on the device is encrypted • Voices are generated on the device • No ads and no tracking Children use Check-In under staff supervision at a participating clinic.
