Very useful app! Kudos to the team behind it. Keep up the great work!

Website has graphic of generation vs use. App has NOTHING for solar panel generation. Deleting and going back to website.

Downloaded in the hope it would work better for reporting and monitoring outages than the glitchy, poorly-designed outage section of the website. Alas, it doesn’t.Although the app immediately recognises, from my account, where I am, it shows a map with no outages and says that “We’re not currently aware of any outages at [this location].” That’s while the BC Hydro website shows the current outage, its boundaries, and some info about it.Most functionality seems to take you back to the website, rather than happening in the app.And what would be really helpful would be being able to sign up for real-time notifications about outages that affect me. But no.Hope this is just the beginning.

The app's current functionality is quite limited, serving primarily as a platform for viewing information. Leading utility apps, such as those offered by Telus and Rogers, provide customers with a range of self-service options, including bill payments, payment arrangements, EPP enrollment, and automatic payment setup.Enhancing the app with these types of features would significantly improve the user experience and increase its overall value and adoption.
