Renpho Health is the best helper in your journey to becoming fitter. The app can track multiple body composition metrics (BMI, Body Fat %, Body Water, Bone Mass, Basal Metabolism Body Age, Muscle Mass, etc). The cloud-based App’s intelligent data analysis and tracking abilities makes it your perfect digital personal helper. It can even convert your data stored over time into charts and reports that can easily be shared by e-mail and multiple social media channels. On top of all that, your entire family can use the App! Renpho Health allows the user to create multiple personal profiles to keep your data separated.
When you use our smart body scales measuring body composition , weight, percentage of body fat , fat weight, height, body mass index (BMI), height and resting calorie consumption data will be synchronized to HealthKit in.

How to connect to Apple Health:
1. After install the Renpho Health App and log in successfully for the first time, a pop-up will prompt to ask whether to allow Renpho Health to access all your health data, please tap Allow in the upper right corner;
2. Open Apple Health, enter your profile, tap Apps> Renpho Health, tap Turn All Categories On;
3. After authorization, your Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, and Lean Body Mass will be synchronized to Apple Health.

Love my scale and app

Easy to use, it even recognizes offline activity and when you open the app asks if you want to add it. You can have several uses using the scale, so it is not a limitation when more people
In your household use it. I like all the information that provides

Can’t connect

In the old app I was able to connect & track everything. I’m not even able to download this app. Unfortunate as I want to use my scale with all of the features. The old app is no longer supported.

I understand your concerns regarding our new app not living up to your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies.

If your scale has been connected, I would suggest deleting the scale and trying to reconnect it.

If the scale isn't connected, please follow these steps to try and pair the scale again:

1. Ensure that Bluetooth and network permissions are activated on your phone and that the network connection is reliable.

2. Open the app. By default, the "Home" page of the app should be displayed.

3. Switch on the device.

4. After a few seconds, a message reading "Discover new devices" should appear.

5. Click on "Pair". If the connection has been successful, you will be redirected to the measurement screen and receive a "Connection successful" message.

Useless, won't connect to Renpho Scale

Old app worked fine. This app, aside from losing 2+ years of trends (thanks a lot), connects to scale then disconnects every time I step on. Don't waste your money on the scale and don't waste your time with the app.

Dear customer,

If you weigh multiple times during the day, the app can keep all the measurements. In the trends display, it will default to display the most recent weigh-in for a given day. If you want to check the trends, please follow the steps below:

1. Open your app, under the "Home" page, click "Weight"/"Body fat" Column to enter the "Trends" section.
2. Swipe the icons of various indicators at the bottom of the page left or right.
3. The trend chart will display the reading trend of each indicator.
