Minor internal process fixes.

Revert to live transcription until we can resolve all the issues with offline recording. Fix issue with not using cached default template when offline.

Added a Default Template Suggestion Banner, which shows a suggestion to change your default template if you choose the same non-default template 3 times in a row.
