J’ai utilisé le service plusieurs fois et j’ai arrêté parce que je me suis dirigé vers un autre style de service plus personnalisé. Avec vous, je recevais des dépliants avec des bons conseils, mais impersonnel. Exemple, la fameuse phrase: prenez le temps de penser à vous. Ok, bien sûr c’est un principe bien logique. Mais moi, personnellement, dans ma vie, avec mes contraintes, mes goûts. Comment je fais ça, prendre soins de moi. Voilà.
Terrible tech support
Despite attempts via email, there is no resolution to tech issues on login etc with the Apps that continue to come up preventing me from using the device I pay into. Frustrating. And there is no voice to connect with, just emails!! Terrible sadly
