We work with the best restaurants in your city & the hidden gems too. Each morning we’ll send you a curated menu featuring only the best options from the day’s recommended restaurants. Place your order as late as 11:00 am cut off time, and get back to your day. We’ll deliver to your office between 12:00 - 12:30pm.

Great app! Must have at the office
Made my life so much easier at my office. I never have to freak out about lunch and even dinner ever again. The team is also so friendly and responsive.
Award-winningly horrendous UX
I honestly cannot think of a singular app that is even a fraction as terrible as ZipLunch. My work offers free meals (which I am grateful for), but sometimes I’d actually rather starve than endure the psychological torture that is navigating this wretched app.
Upon opening ZipLunch, it welcomes you by immediately glitching out. When you try scrolling through the weekly food selections, the weekdays won’t scroll with you — they just stay frozen halfway on the screen, fully covering the meal options. And god forbid you want to view menu details before making a selection… ZipLunch’s response to any secondary action is to freeze, whereby you have to fully exit the app and reopen it. Please keep in mind that other examples of secondary actions include: 1. ordering more than one meal, 2. cancelling an order, 3. going to your settings, 4. really any NORMAL, EXPECTED app behaviour. All these bugs have existed since the day I downloaded this app 2 years ago. Yes, TWO years ago. 2 years of going to war, every day 💔
I wish I could touch on other redeeming qualities, but dinners are seldom delivered on time, the location tracker never works, and the food options are both overplayed and unappetizing. I also have a bone to pick with whoever keeps making rotten fish poke the SINGULAR Monday lunch option.
I suppose the customer support guy is nice at least.
Anyway, I hope this inspires some development to fix these glaring issues. I dream of a future where ZipLunch gets to product parity and is no longer spiking my cortisol levels to dangerous heights.
Glitches…..
Love the concept of the app and has been a user since the start of the rollout. But recently the app’s UI is soooo glitchy that I can’t even scroll down to see the menu properly. Pls fix asap
