I have been using this app after I arrive in Czech for 3 months. It works well and I don’t have to wait in the line to buy ticket at the counter. The price is the same whether you buy in the app or at the counter. It also provides a delay time and many more informations in app. One more good point is I can reserve the seat by seeing which one is next to the window or type of cabins... In short, I love this app so much! It’s the best app.

Due to delay of one train I had to cancel my ticket from Česke Drahy and order a ticket on train that was as well delayed but was quite good for me. Due to the train had already delay but still did not arrive to train station is not possible to order ticket via application, the train is not already in the list of train. I had to buy a ticket at train station and full discomfort. The application is not flexible. Even I have had a ticket from Česká drahy and I needed to swap it from one train to another from Česká drahy. No, not possible. Cancellation of the ticket and buy another one.

Compared to other train companies this app works perfectly. Simple to buy a ticket, search for train, notifications about delay and so. Just cought an earlier train and wanted to use the ticket which doesn't work until the exact time. In the app simply returned the ticket and bought a new one. All took me like 2 minutes. Very comfortable app to have. Would appreciate Apple pay.

Why are the train tickets pricier than the ones I can buy in person? I mean, I save about 20-50 Czk per ticket when I buy it from a cashier.For this reason, I only recommend using the app for looking up train connections or buying emergency tickets when you can't buy the ticket in person.I've been using this app for years now and this fact still hasn't changed. I might have overlooked some policy of yours, but either way, this is ridiculous (even more so if there really is a policy).
