This App - ticket for railways in a smartphone. The user of the application can purchase an electronic ticket for railways, the ticket can be read electronically by the electronic gates and presented for validation by the controller. To use the application, the user should: Install the application on your mobile device; Perform the necessary actions to register in the application (use of the application by unregistered users is not allowed). Payment for a transport ticket is made using electronic means of payment (payment cards) and other legal methods of online payment. Payment is made in compliance with the requirements of the PCI DSS standard.

It signed me out for no reason and we won’t let me sign back in I tried to create a new account but it says the email field is empty when I literally wrote my email and it won’t let me edit or rewrite. And there’s no option for nationality

I didn’t have much hope for this app anyway as we all know how bad Egyptain railway is however I tried it & as expected I couldn’t create an account on it as it keeps showing many error messages and I also tried to create account on its official website but I was not surprised also when I found that it was loading very very slowly and I had to click on refresh button like 20 times just to reach to the page where I can create an account on but after filling all required information, it failed to create an account saying that unexpected error happened 😏

I tried to create account on the app and it gives me “unrecoverable error” message I contacted the customer support no. on whatsapp and they told me it is a problem in my own internet connection not the app although I was contacting then via the same network!!!And even I tried couple networks and told them that problem is still on they ignored me and my messages and did’t reply!!Very rude customer support and definitely a very bad experience before even using the app itself!!!

The application doesn’t mention which railway station for your booking and even after booking your ticket, it’s not written in the ticket any information about the station. When Referring to customer service to ask about which station I’m spouse to go on the date of traveling,The customer service was talking in a very very rude way and saying wrong information. I think you need to work harder on the application and the customer service department.
