The app works fine, but max management doesn’t seem like they have any respond to to customers time. I ordered online to pick an item from the store, and I get a notification after the payment that I will receive an email to tell me he pick up date. It took them 6 days 5 emails and 3 chats to get the email for pick up. After hat I get bombarded with rude emails that if I have pick it in 48 hrs!!!Dear Max management, it’s not hard to respect your customers by setting your delivery time clearly and not keep them waiting for a whole week. You lost a customer already

I called what it’s supposed to be their service number and I made it clear that I need my order to be delivered before Saturday but again no one called and I haven’t received my order yet.. very very bad experience.. and gonna be my last time to deal with that application.

Many problems, can’t buy, real disappointment

Application in Egypt was excellent until one month ago, I have to sign in again once I left to app, size option disappeared, orders is not going through, either the took the money and order is not confirmed or the system doesn’t go through sending OTP, these are persistent problems I offloaded the app and reinstalled it and problems still here, please fix these major problems as buying from your online store is pretty impossible right now
