Hara - meditation and mindfulness. Colorfull circles illustrates the movement of energy and lets you play with touch and timing. In the timer you can select an amount of time for meditation. The sound will tell you when 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3 of the time has passed. Enjoy playing with the app and explore the sound and color associated with your chakras. In yoga philosophy the connection between body and mind are key points to enhance your life and feeling of wellbeing. When you're focusing on a chakra and visualizing a color and sound, you bring life to the areas in your body and your mind connected to the wisdom and emotions around that chakra.
