I don’t know where to start as to tell you how fantastic this App is! Educational, exciting, user friendly and with some of the best workouts I’ve seen from the programmes. I love the philosophy behind Leo’s movement and mobility! Love love love!!

Personally I don’t feel that there is enough workout on app and some workouts I can’t do because equipment are required. Also there is too many 10, 15 minutes, the talking video has too much talking

Thank you for your feedback. The app offers many individual workouts and structured programs, organised into different categories to suit various preferences. This includes educational sessions with explanations, guided workouts, and workout-only videos with little or no talking. Most workouts are bodyweight only, with some requiring equipment.Longer workouts are clearly organised by duration in the app, and all programs are made up of longer, structured sessions. We understand it can take some time to explore everything the app offers — I hope this helps clarify things!

Muy buena aplicación, la uso casi todos los días, muchos entrenamientos aunque alguna vez sí que echo de menos rutas de entrenamientos en avanzados, pero esta muy bien y estoy contento con ellaGood work!!

Thank you for your review! You could try the Bodyweight Programs, where you can adjust the difficulty to include more advanced exercises. Or check out Kickstart 2.0 — it’s also designed for a more advanced level. Hope this helps! Keep it up!
