Description

This app allows iPhone users to directly book and check their taxis with Twenty 3 Taxis Hartlepool.

Bookings can be made as soon as possible or for any future date and time.

This app allows all bookings to be checked (even if booked by other methods i.e. by phone) and live tracking allows the location of vehicles to be visible at all times.

Note bookings made for ASAP may depend on availability of vehicles.

only 1/4 times does the taxi come on time and it is so frustrating, if i order a taxi at a specific time i want it at that time not 20 minutes late, the app isnt bad but the service def is, needs to improve we are in 2023 not stone age

Much better than old app

So much better than the old app. The GPS works well and easily finds your address, and easy to make a booking.
Being picky - I would still like a text notification when booking is confirmed. And the ‘cancel job’ and ‘track car on map’ are quite close (although I have never cancelled maybe it asks you to confirm?).
Only other good thing would be if you could store cards to pay for taxis. Otherwise a good app

Rubbish app!

Changes the time or places of bookings, then when you ring staff act like you're stupid! Didn't send a confirmation text to confirm bookings and didn't list a future booking so rang and ordered one by phone. Then after two turned up, received a snotty messages saying don't book on the app then ring! Wouldn't have rang if it listed the booking in the first place!
