Inconsistent and buggy app
This app randomly locks you out for days at a time, irrespective of entering the correct password details, is incredibly buggy when you can access it (future bookings regularly vanish
from the “trips” section). Payment by stored cards is a mystery tour - it seems incapable of storing your payment details. Such woefully inconsistent and unreliable app performance for such a big chain. Several times I’ve just given up on this useless app and booked an alternative hotel with another chain that cares enough to invest in its IT infrastructure. Even the Bonvoy app is better than this garbage!!
Two day stop gap
Stayed here with the family after a long 21 hour journey, from the UK. Paid the additional £26 for early entrance into the room, which was a godsend. Fan on reception was very attentive along with helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and had everything you could want. The biggest gripe for us, was that we took the kids to the pool at 1.30 as part of a chilling out day before heading off on our next journey. To be stopped at 1.30pm in the afternoon and told it’s closed for a private party that night! The party host was convinced her smile would be more than enough to appease a tired family and two kids who suddenly knew they would miss out completely on it. Firstly, the only reason we booked this hotel was for its pool and secondly any pool closure should be aware to all guests as and when it happens. Absolutely disgusted. We should of been told, it’s that simple.
Great but not always working correctly
I love this app and it makes things so much easier with travelling. I have noticed on a few occasions the app does not work correctly and nearly made a double booking as I booked a stay and it did not appear on my future stays or didn’t receive confirmation email but thought I would wait 24hrs and lucky appeared before arriving at the hotel.
Overall a great app just a few improvements and it will be perfect
