User experience
Editing recipient details is a nightmare! It only allows me to update name/contact numbers but not the bank details. Updating the bank details while sending the money is also very cumbersome. For some bank app allows you to continue and let you make the payment but later compliance team asks for updated bank account details of the recipient! Why would you let the transactions proceed in the first place if the account number format is incorrect! This app needs major UI improvements.

Thank you very much for the feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating experience, but we really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Please be informed as for now we no longer do switch to another browser to complete the payment process. Our latest available update had made complete in-app purchase without requiring the user to redirect to another browser.

Great App, Easy and Quick Transaction
Used it first time but found it very easy and quick as I don’t need to transfer any money to any other account because the app is really good which does everything itself and your money will be ready to pickup in 30 mins. Great👍
Unbeatable rates and speed
Transfer speed is so fast that is sometimes unbelievable. Plus nothing beats their rates. Tried using other apps in the past but I had to delete because ace money rates is the best. Good thing is, I have been getting free transfer fee since the beginning of this pandemic. Amazing app and the customer service is superb. 100% rated
