Great when it was working

Hi I’ve used small world for while since updated to new version it’s a mess you have to find your bank on map and it doesn’t give rate for bank you have choice one not as used to tell you the best rate and you have other option please look intu it and fix it as I love using small world now it’s getting bit complicated, before it used to show its ready for pick up now it doesn’t,

The latest version - what a disappointment!

I’ve used LCC/Small World for several years, but the latest version of the App causes repeated problems. Using iOS 12.1.2 every attempted transaction fails and a phone call during the restricted Office Hours is necessary.
LCC/SWFS asks 3 questions: 1) source of funds - always felt this was unnecessary and intrusive; 2) method of payout - to bank account or cash payout; 3) reason for payment - relationship with recipient. Unfortunately, the latest version doesn’t ask Question 3 but then rejects your attempt to pay because you haven’t given this information. This means a phone call at which time I’ve reported the App problem.
No help so far and I’ve had to revert to ignoring the App and use the website access instead. Messy and less useful.

Exchange Rate is lower accurate

For some bizarre reason when you log into the app the rate on the app is lower than that in the web format. It’s almost like their server doesn’t sync details to all platforms which is annoying.

I only use the app at present to track status of transactions. Should be better. Also rates to South Africa is way too low considering they are meant to be better than World Remit.
