Great app

I love using this app, and it’s been such a great way for me to keep working out whilst the gyms have been closed. I’d definitely recommend.

One thing though - since the recent update, I’ve been experiencing a glitch. I scroll down and it seems once I get to a certain part the workout sets disappear. I keep scrolling and they appear to come back and then glitch out and go again. I’ve not experienced trouble with this app until the recent update, if this could be fixed that’d be wonderful 🙂

Other than that minor error that only occurred recently, the app is great!

Developer Response ,

Hi there, thank you for your great feedback! We are delighted that you enjoy the app and that it has helped you to exercise when gyms are closed. We're sorry to hear that the glitch, no matter how small, is interfering with your enjoyment of the app, but please know that our hardworking technical team has since resolved this issue.

Spelling mistakes and clunky

When you spend money on something, you expect there to not be spelling mistakes and for it to be easy to find information. I didn’t know that there was such a thing as a courteous lunge? A curtsy lunge, sure.

Don’t bother paying for the recipe bundle, there are only about 6 per ‘meal’ (which includes 2 cookie dough recipes).

The programme itself doesn’t include wide enough shots of the movement in the demo videos. The workouts should have a bullet pointed list of equipment needed so you don’t have to go through each workout before you leave the house to ensure you have all the bands etc needed otherwise you end up having to skip huge chunks of the workout because you need a mini band, or a longer loop band for progressions. That’s the last thing - show the progressions each time they’re needed. Not just the one time and expect us to remember it.

I’m sure a lot of hardworking went into this, and I am definitely feeling stronger since starting it, but it’s clunky, hasn’t been tidied up as issues have been pointed out and I think money can be better spent elsewhere.

They also never replied to a request I made for an explanation when I was overcharged.

I bought into this app about 2years ago.
Albeit, I’m still using the app to finish my 16week programme.

On returning to complete the programme.
I’ve made a few realisations as to why it’s just not the best fitness app on the market.. but does a very simple and easy to follow check box and timer so you can time yourself and tick off the activity that you have completed one by one.

The additional feature of a short video, demonstrating the moves is brilliant. When you’re not sure, you have access to instant visual advice.

However.. the problems I had with this app were that it’s not linear. It doesn’t connect to iHealth or any other fitness app. Meaning I would have to individually enter the workout I’d just done into another app to track my progress in terms of my body-weight etc.
This was a catalyst for failure for me, as I was unmotivated to keep all the information together.

I’m again having this problem, but would like to finish the programme.
As I said it is great for simple use, and exploring the horizons of dedicating days to different muscle groups! But if you want more results and feedback, this is not the app for you.
