The only App you will ever need

This App is amazing, I love all the different programs and there is a lot to choose from depending on what you want and what you can do, for in the gym or at home, I love that you can choose alternative exercises if for some reason you can’t do the one they suggest first, you can log all your details like reps and weights lifted which records your personal bests so you know where you are, the recipes are amazing and so many to choose from, if you don’t want to follow a program they have so many different workouts you can choose from, it helps you work out your macros needed to reach your goals. They do different price plans so I pay every 3 months at an amazing price. This will be the only App I’ll ever use, definitely worth a look because you will never look back ❤️

Great app but has some bugs

The interface of the app is great, loads of guides, love the videos and there are plenty of food options for all diets. I love that it shows you the time youve been working out for and the summary at the end but some things really need to be addressed.

1. The ability to set your own calorie intake. Ive played with the settings and changed my goals and it seems the only calorie intake options are 1600 or 1500.

2. I am in the UK and most gym equipment is in KG I therefore have to keep going onto google to convert it to lbs which leads me to my next point.

3. Sometimes if I come out of the app it refreshes and I lose current progress of how long I’ve been working out for. It also takes me back to week 1 of the program rather than the week I am actually on. Very frustrating!

4. When entering details about each set it says complete exercise until you enter details for the LAST set and the button says complete workout. This literally means the whole workout and accidentally clicking this means you lose progress of your workout and have to start again.

5. Each exercise lists how many sets and reps to do. However, once I’ve entered the details and move on to the next set, the box pops up with details of the previous set’s reps rather than the reps that the app said you should do.

These are minor things but it doesn’t make for a very smooth user interface whereas other apps have better functionality.

The app that changed my life!

I can not even begin to describe how much I love this app. I’ve been using it for two years now and can’t imagine using anything else for my workouts now. I’ve completed so many guides and every one has produced amazing results. I’ve built so much muscle and strength following Hanna’s routines. The app has everything I need including being able to track my sets and weights, instructional videos, alternative exercises and loads of amazing calorie and macro counter recipes. There’s something for everyone on this app from complete beginners to seasoned athletes and even home workouts for when you can’t get to a gym. Can’t recommend it enough!
