I have never been more impressed with the release of a new version. This app now delivers all the information I need about my portfolios. It’s clear, easy to use, and totally comprehensive.

I don’t usually write reviews voluntarily, but this app has delivered everything that was missing from the old app and a great deal more

You need to do something with login challenges

I have been using app for 8 months now and entering random letters from my password (which is randomly generated) just drove me mad. I could leave with it because it was normally happening for buy/sell confirmation. Last week or so it’s happening after every login! Straight after Face ID which defeats the whole point of having Face ID. Please have a look at this problem!

UPDATE: Thanks for coming back. I still think that it harms user experience to challenge customers so often but since I can use either password manager or iCloud it makes thing much easier for me

Thank you for your feedback.
We’ve passed your comments to the mobile team that will take your comments into consideration for future improvements.
For now to make it easier, you should be able to paste your full password into the characters and the app will select the correct characters. Or if you save you credentials into the password manager that you use with your phone, for example iCloud, you should be able to import it from there.

This update has broken the widget

So from the developers response below it would appear that this update has now prevented the widget from ever working again on my iPad because It doesn't have Face ID or Touch ID. If you find the widget useful and have an older iPad, don't install this update because the widget will never work again !!!

The update to the app is great, big improvement. But the widget is now broken ! It keeps saying Information not available, and asking me to login to the app to validate. I have logged in to the app, I have logged out of the app, I have left the app logged in and the widget doesn't work. I've deleted the app and the widget, restarted the iPad and reinstalled it all but still the widget doesn't work !
Any ideas ?

Thank you for your feedback.
For security reasons will only work correctly if you to turn ON the Touch ID or Face ID authentication.
You can turn this ON in the app Settings. Once you logged in, you can find this option selecting the "More" menu and then selecting the Cook Wheel on the top right.
If you disable the Touch ID / Face ID authentication feature the widget will stop working.
