Bring back the “Play next” option because this is swaying me away from Amazon’s music player in favour of other platforms! That play next option was important for queueing songs to be played without having to manually click on one by taking your handset out of your pocket all the time! Big mistake taking that away, leads to nothing but frustration!Second update: Another function tampered with! I used to be able to access all the artists I’ve purchased music under, within two clicks or so! Now if I do that routine for some reason nearly all the artists I used to be able to see on my screen aren’t there, I have to take a frustrating long route to get to the album I’m looking for, I have to click on Purchased in the Home Screen and then the artist and then click on the song and go to album to arrive at the album I was looking for! No longer am I able to simply click on an artist and find all the albums under their name that I’ve purchased neatly and tidily presented on my screen!

Great choice of music even with standard prime account. Need to fix Alexa randomly engaging part way through a song, at the moment only way to solve this is to switch her off but then she’s not there when you do need to use that functionality so pretty useless. Also the shuffle function pretty rubbish, it’s bit like asking my toddler to shuffle an new deck of cards, he might mix a few cards but in the most part the cards would stay the in the same order, which is like my experience of the shuffle function on my playlists, it doesn’t really mix my music up, I find that when I listen to my playlist in the evening I have noticed that the songs come out in an order that is not that different from what I listened to the evening before so finding I just end up listening to the same music which you wouldn’t expect to happen with over 20hrs in a playlist and only around an hour of listening time in the evening. Also keeps asking me to rate the app, this will be the 4th time. Update: Still no joy with the shuffle function despite selecting shuffle mode the order of songs rarely changes so there are songs I know I have in my list that I haven’t heard in the shuffle mode, yet it regularly repeats the same songs. Please stop asking me to rate this app I have already done it so give it a rest.

This app makes you buy the subscription just so you can listen to the song that you pick and if you don’t it goes onto the shuffle which it just plays random songs that you don’t want so don’t get it anything else is better and you’ll be better off oh and also you can only get six skips of a song for every 30 minutes so you can’t skip this song you hate and you can’t repeat a song if you really wanna listen to it again because you have to buy the subscription please look at this and it’s way better if you look at this what I’m writing and actually don’t download the app because it’s horrible trust me I’ve had it it was amazing and now that I did a subscription thing where everything was good and then it’s just terrible now so dont

This app used to be really good, however it never worked for me on my phone so I had to use it on my iPad instead. Sometimes it randomly stops playing my music. That didn’t massively bother me much and I would just resume it.However, recently it has stopped allowing me to remove songs from my liked playlist. I am able to remove songs from any playlists I have made perfectly fine, however I can’t remove songs from the preset ‘My Likes’ playlist. Whenever I dislike a song that I did previously have liked and refresh the page it readds it to my liked. I have tried Googling how to remove it but all it says is to click the three dots and select ‘Remove from playlist’. The ‘remove from playlist’ button is only available in playlists that you have created yourself, so it doesn’t work for my likes playlist. I have spent several hours trying to remove a song I no longer like and it is still stuck in my playlist.Other than the fact that you can’t remove songs from the preset ‘My Likes’ playlist, it is a fairly good app to use when listening to my favourite songs.
