I absolutely love ASOS! It’s my favourite shopping outlet and always my go-to for outfits/gifts etc. The app is so easy to use and every transaction I’ve had (until my most recent one) has been smooth and easy! The next day delivery is brilliant. I order frequently from here and I’ve never had a problem, returns are usually done quickly and no hassle. I purchased an item on 8th Feb which was a gift for my other half, his birthday is today and the item is too small, the 28 day return period ended yesterday but I contacted ASOS as they are usually so amazing and explained the situation, I would have been happy with an exchange or a credit note yet even though I’m a loyal regular customer that spends a lot of money with them they have refused to help me. I totally understand the policy but I’m really disappointed in this outcome as I run my own business and I look after my loyal customers as surely you want to take care of the people spending money with you and keep them happy? I get not having a refund but an exchange or credit note would surely not have been too much trouble. It seems greedy like many other big chains have been during the pandemic. I will think twice before using ASOS for gifts again. Not happy at all

Extremely frustrating, I have originally placed an order for 5 items and only received 3 first time around - no other correspondence was sent to notify me that the remaining 2 items were either out of stock or were being sent as a separate delivery. Once I had waited for over an hour to connect to somebody on the live chat i was promised a replacement for the remaining 2 items - after this, I still only received 1 of those 2 outstanding items, with the final item still unaccounted for with no indication otherwise. I then had to wait again to connect to the live chat and ask where the final item was - apparently the item was out of stock but I was not told about this - in fact ASOS sent an email confirming that the missing two items were being sent as a replacement. Then once connected to this chat, I was told I had been refunded for the the last item, which I hadn’t, so I asked for an email as written proof and they have issued a refund for part of the original costs that I paid for the item! The chat expired before I could contact them again and highlight the additional error in the refund amount!The process is frustrating and disappointing, especially when spending a lot of money and buying multiple items. It is extremely difficult to contact somebody to rectify the issues and I have lost my confidence when buying from ASOS as I am sceptical I will even receive what I have order in the first place - let alone how difficult the after care may be.

I love clothes shopping and I love even more doing it online with my cat on my lap and my feet up on the living room table, plus frankly I don’t have the time or energy to go from shop to shop trying and queuing! By far the best online shopping experience I have ever had without a doubt is ASOS. I use ASOS often (maybe too often) and recommend it to everyone I know, female and male, any chance I get. Firstly because of the choice, I haven’t found anyone else that can compete with the range and diversity of clothes ASOS provide on their website. Secondly the simplicity of the site, no other site is as easy and quick to use in respect to the layout and orientation and also the save option, basket set up and different delivery methods offered, not to mention the convenience of having free delivery over £20 and free returns (for the items you’ve tried on several times in the luxury and comfort of your own bathroom but just can’t get to work) which couldn’t be easier, especially if you live by a post office like I do. Thirdly, with amazing prices and big discounts on well known brands (although I personally find myself more drawn to ASOS own brand which is on point with the latest trends, well made quality clothes at great value), it makes ASOS a near to perfect shopping experience for me and I see no reason why not for everyone who loves or just needs clothes. And not forgetting you receive vouchers from points earned shopping and advance in levels to get even better promotions and advances on sales. Only criticism is I spend too much money on clothes because of ASOS ;) Thank you ASOS for making my wardrobe better and life easier! Faustine Zweigenbaum (aka. very satisfied customer)

I have been ordering from multiple different stores since like 6-7 years including asos. Never had such an unfortunate event. I ordered like 15 items as I was off to uni for my final year. My order didn’t came on time and I had to miss train, I contacted them they said they will either refund my or replace the order with next day delivery within 24 hours. After that conversation I had to contact them everyday for 5 days to receive my product. I spoke to the manager including they were ignorant about the situation. Finally after 5 days late I received my product, I decided to return it as I am frustrated and I didn’t wanted to spend my money with that company. So I returned everything. Once I received it, it’s been 15 days didn’t manage to get a refund. One of the employee said they have refunded me will get a confirmation email in next 24-48 hours. After 48 hours contacted them, again they didn’t refund or anything so other guy did it for me. Said the same thing. Now I am here still nowhere with my refund and my order was for £1000. It’s not like a joke to them to mess around with, there isn’t any way to upload a screenshot, or else I would have showed you guys the joke they have been upto. In all this process I have been kind enough to be patient with them but today I have been frustrated now and had to speak out. I would say don’t ever buy from asos, until they stick to their words or sort out their delivery and returned process and always be on time. I wish there was a way I could give them a zero star.
