I normally don’t write reviews but this app is genius. Last year I was diagnosed with PCOS and often struggled with daily activities due to pain. I had to lose 10kg and managed to lose 6 but then hit a plateau and no matter what the weight wouldn’t drop. I have tried all apps under the sun, from calorie counting to fasting and even photos of meals but having to log everything multiple times just don’t work for me in the long term. This app was a major breakthrough. It’s super simple and there’s no need to set up separate fasting times as it just shows you this automatically. You can clearly see what you eat and how often. A real eye opener especially when combined with mindful eating-no distractions, eat at a table, take your time, etc. I have lost the remaining weight and I’m pain free - without counting a single calorie. Thank you!!!

Brilliant App

I downloaded this app because I didn’t really want to track calories but I wanted to develop a better relationship with food.

I love this app. Really easy to use. Non-evasive. & makes you think about food from a healthier perspective. I have actually gone back to tracking calories now but that’s only been made possible by this app changing my perspective on food and consumption. I still use this alongside my tracker because the mindful questions are really helpful and I’m tracking with my friends who I recommended it to (which is such a helpful feature as we’re all working on our health!). Plus it’s got a really lovely, simple layout.

Amazing app

I love this app. You can set your own specific eating goals and it’s so effortless to record what you’ve eaten. If you forget to task a photo you can go back and write in what you had. It’s a great way to track eating habits. There’s zero emphasis on calorie counting or anything that would lead to an unhealthy obsession with what you’re eating.
I love that I can assess my motives for eating and also how different foods affect me. I love this app and will be using it for a long time. I initially downloaded it to try and figure out if my body reacts badly to gluten, but now I love it for so many reasons. This is the BEST food app ever.
