My hearing aids problems
Hello, my hearing aids are disconnected from you and I have a lot of problems, I don't know what to do, but my hearing is very weak and it depends on the hearing aids, what should I do?

Hi there, Thankyou for getting in touch. You will need to contact your audiologist who will be able to get your app and/or Telecare system reconnected up to your aids, test your aids and if need be arrange for adjustments to improve the level of amplification, or testing and repair.
