Our Health-age assessment helps you better understand which lifestyle habits prevent you from reaching your fitness goals. Our mental wellbeing assessments help you better understand your mental health and which steps you need to take to make a lasting difference. Our mental and physical wellbeing assessments are the first small step and can help you set new goals towards making big changes to your health.

Work towards a healthier mind and lifestyle with tailored health guidance:

The coaching programs in-app help you work towards better health and keep the momentum up so that new long-term healthy habits are formed. Chose the area of your health you’d like to work on and follow expert-led programmes to help you sleep better, build a healthier relationship with exercise, improve your working practices and improve your mental health.

Keep a journal of your progress and track your mental wellbeing:

The journal space is there when you need to check in with your mood and review your progress to date. It’s a space for you to reflect on your journey towards better health and keep yourself focussed on your goals.

DOES NOT WORK

This app does NOT work! I’ve downloaded it and when I click on the app it says I need to “update” it. THERE IS NO OPTION TO UPDATE.. It just refers you back to the page over and over again. This app is a sham, sort it out; people are literally paying private for healthcare and you can’t even fix multiple issues with this app. Ridiculous.

I’m on latest 1.27.1 but it insists I need an upgrade

I just I installed this app (1.27.1) but when I load it it claims I need an updated version and the only way forwards is an ‘update’ button which just takes me to the App Store where there is no update available (because I only just downloaded the latest 1.27.1 version)

Doesn’t work

In order to register I need to enter my date of birth - but the month drop down doesn’t work, so it’s impossible to access
