Very poor app - online shop doesn’t work

I’ve managed to book appointments via the app but it does regularly crash. The worst thing about the app is that the online shop does not work! As soon as you try and checkout it crashes every time....I’ve given up trying. I’ve reported this issue to customer services a few weeks ago and I didn’t even get a response!

Really good, it could be better!

The booking system is really good and intuitive, shows you slots available and you can book for the same day which it’s super handy.
When you process the booking however, the app doesn’t really gives you a notification your booking has gone through which is a bit confusing as I didn’t know if my booking was successful (you only get an email confirmation).
Another good feature would be a section where you can check your open appointments - I was looking for it but it doesn’t seem to be there.
As I said, makes the booking already much easier ever though some improvements here and there would be good.

Takes 30 seconds to book

This app is so easy to use, Booking takes about 30 seconds. I’ve read some of the other reviews and I can honestly say I think it’s user error as I book my appointments every month with no issues.
