I rely on this app so much to stay in contact with my daughter. I know exactly what’s she’s had to eat, her hygiene needs and the best pictures of her enjoying her day. We can keep up with our accounts and her development.
I have recently struggled with using the app and it was so refreshing to receive a phone call and step by step instructions of how to deal with the issue.

Love the Blossom App
The app is so easy to use and I can see what my beautiful grandchildren do everyday as well as keep up with their eating and sleeping routine. I love the fact that I can also save photos and videos of them from the app and view their journeys. It’s lovely to see them enjoying with their little friends ... Brilliant app well done Blossom !🌸
Super frustrating app
Very rarely works. Majority of the time when I receive an email to say I’ve gotten an “blossom update”, I click on the bar to take me to the calendar which shows and empty calendar.
When I then go to the app to try and open it on the app, same thing happens, nothing opens up. I have tried restarting the phone several times and closing and opening the app, sliding down the reload button, all of it. Still has a total life of its own. The upload of pictures are also all over the place. Sometimes they upload and sometimes they don’t.
Really frustrating app.
