App operates like it requires an update

The app is good and operable, but when you navigate, within a search and press the back arrow, it takes you back to the main menu every time. Which means to have to search again, rather than return to your search list. It is frustrating, but also very much a first world problem. Conclusion: concept is correct, delivery needs work.

Not optimised for household use

Intrinsically this is a good app but there are practical limitations when using the same account for a household, eg account holder and spouse. Only one email is possible to configure to receive instant vouchers which is impractical when 2 using the app. Also, the instant vouchers take too long to arrive in the app, often needing to close app and restart to become visible. A bit painful to use

Our service is primarily designed for solo account holders, so while you can share your account by accessing it via the app on two devices, there's currently only the option to link one email address to your account at a time. You can change the email address in the 'My Account Settings' area before placing an order so it gets sent to a different individual/mailbox, but we appreciate that's not always practical. We've captured your feedback and will consider this as part of our next phase of updates. Thanks again!

Great but why hide the wallet ??

Have been using for a while and very easy to purchase and keep track of vouchers purchased. Recently the Wallet moved from front screen to under the account menu which is why I gave 4 stars this time. Would be better if on front screen again but that’s my only criticism.
