Using the Bosch 360 app allows me to keep a trace of all my tools, serial numbers and supplies the database in case they ever get stolen to handover to police. which would have the model numbers and all the serial numbers required to trace them. Steve It’s The Plumber you called

Very disappointing

I downloaded this app to register some new products I bought and the product codes and serial numbers were not recognised. After wasting hours trying different things I have given it up as a bad job. Emailed Bosch to see if they can sort out the warranties but after the experience I have had so far I am not holding my breath. If it is impossible to register a product for a warranty then the warranty is useless. I will definitely think twice before buying another Bosch product.I have now seen the response from Bosch which appears to try and pin the blame on my photography. The trouble is that when the photographs didn’t work I tried to enter the details manually and double checked them. They were still not recognised on the app and it took ages with many emails going back and forth to resolve this issue. A very tiresome and frustrating experience!

We are continuously improving our registration, but please note that the recognition depends on other external factors: lighting conditions, resolution of the smartphone camera and movement with the smartphone camera. At the moment, it usually helps to change the lighting conditions a bit, possibly hold the camera further away or closer and try the scan again. - Bosch PRO360 Team

Useless - crashes when scanning items

Will be getting deletedAlso, as others have said, won’t allow you to register an account unless you put a number in your street address, which is useless if your house has a name! I had to put a 1 at the end of my house name to get past this stage

Great app, but issue with adding asset

This is a great app and having being using since I started my Bosch collection. The only issue is for some reason I can’t seem to add any more asset, have deleted app and reloaded but still same issue. Anyone else having same issue ?
