Control your Indego from anywhere in the world! With Indego, lawncare has never been more convenient. You can mow your lawn from your sofa, the train or even whilst on holiday!

With the Bosch Smart Gardening app, you can start, pause or send Indego to the docking station, set up a manual calendar or SmartMowing schedule and adjust settings and preferences for your mower.

The SmartMowing feature uses your lawn information, local weather data and personal preferences to optimise your lawn care. Using the latest weather forecast Indego automatically avoids unfavourable weather such as rain, high / low temperatures and wet grass and therefore mows during optimal conditions for a healthier lawn.

Users can set how often Indego mows the lawn during the week and adjust schedules based on grass growth calculations, giving you the freedom to manage your lawn however you wish.

This app is compatible with all Indego connected models.

App just doesn’t work

When you download and pair the app, it works for about a week. And then the problems start.
It’s constantly either showing the wrong info the indego offline message.
The only fix is to delete the app, repair and start again.
Back it goes to the shop!!

Gets confused with multiple docking stations

This is our 2nd year of using the Bosch Indego 500+. We got a 2nd docking station for the front garden. It is supposed to recognise when it docks on the alternate station and cut within the relevant boundary wire. Instead, it thinks it’s in the back garden and cuts a template of the back garden into our larger front garden. It looks ridiculous and that’s the best outcome. Currently it is taking itself on and off the docking station, travelling a meter and then returning to the dock. No real help online to address this. After two years of faffing about, going outside to find it after it gets stuck or travels outside the boundary wire, it’s not worth the time, money or faff I’ve invested to get this gadget up and running. Get a gardener.

Hello cant find an unused nickname!, thank you for your comment. When you noticed the issue the first time, did you contact the support hotline? They would have been able to assist and let you know that with 2 docking stations the mower will need to map each lawn to begin with. Once the mower has mapped both lawns it will be able to cut each lawn with the LogiCut. When you take the mower from one lawn to the next you need to turn it off first, carry it over to the other lawn, set it down and turn it on and then slide it into the docking station. Otherwise the mower will not recognise in which lawn it is. For a better understanding or assistance please feel free to use the installation guide and note points 7.2 on page 43 and 8.5 on page 45. Software problems

I have to remap the lawn twice or three every week to stop the mower trying to manically mow a small section of lawn and then dock for a minute and then repeat. It’s left that section of the lawn near the dock churned up so it gets stuck there. The schedule seems awry (and doesn’t want to change) and the link to my phone doesn’t work frequently. I have had to resort to unplugging the mower unless I’m there to sort out the problems; not the solution I intended! I have sent several requests for help to online support (I have serious difficulty using the phone) but no answer. I bought the mower less than a year ago.
