Available as a free download, the convenient app features the familiar look and intuitive display style of the best-selling TU-3 / TU-3W pedal tuner. Using the mic in your iOS device, you can tune a guitar, bass, and other instruments like violin, cello, brass, etc.

Great in app form
Nice to have the Boss running pedal in App form.
Wish there was the ability to change the note of the tuning fork.
Also, even though pressing the “Mode” and “Stream/Cent” buttons appear to visually register a movement action of being clicked/depressed, they nevertheless do anything which is a terrible shame.
If the notifications icon could be moved within the Setting, then could be very desirable to access them within the settings cog rather than spoil the whole look of a classic pedal as it’s very distracting.

What a great tuner!
I can't believe this is free! I have the pedal version for gigs and this works great! The tuner is perfect, I always have my phone in my pocket so always have a really great tuner all of the time! I also love the fact that I get updates for all the new Boss products that come out within the app! Top marks Boss!

I own a Tu-3 but it’s Attched to my pedal board so this app is really handy because now I’ll always have a tuner with me and it works just fine. Only criticism is I use the strobe mode on my Tu-3 which is currently not available in the app. So Boss would love to see that added in in the next update 😉😉
