SO EASY TO USE.......
As a carer for my parents finding time to submit claims can be difficult. With the BUPA app I no longer put off dealing with this important task. The app is so straightforward and I can obtain preauthorisation and submit claims in minutes. The chat feature is also very convenient and the response is timely and my questions are answered fully. Thank you for making life easier.
It could be better!
I tried to put a claim in for being hospitalised, yet the app is not designed to facilitate these types of claims. I emailed Bupa and they told me to complete the app to make my claim. Well, its isnt very easy to submit a claim for each night i spent in hospital when the app was only asking for medical bills. However the NHS has covered this so i am only claiming for each night i spent in hospital. Not very user friendly in case therefore it could be made better to suit all needs and requirements. I hope this feedback helps. Many thanks

Insanely quick and efficient to use whether it’s submitting a claim for yourself or a family
Member… or to get a preauthorisation or contacting support. I have experienced very few services on par with this one. This is my first review ever. I had to write one for this app.
