Do not book with this company
Do not book with this company or Easirent at Edinburgh Airport unless you want to be cheated. I did not car I had booked even though paid in advance and took out their extra insurance. They made me pay extra even tough the receipt stated I had nothing to pay. Plus they keep on taking down reviews as they are all negative. Their customer service is extremely poor they only want to take your money. Avoid this company. Apple should remove their app.

Money taken for request without notification.
I searched for a car then chose the rate indicated. The price for the hire was £98. It then indicated that my credit card details were required for this amount.
However, when i entered the credit card details only £12 was taken. The £98 remains outstanding.
Feels like theft by default , when you dont clearly advise how much is being taken and for what reason.
