Carmoola - Used Car Finance 17+

Getting a loan for my new car with Carmoola was so easy and fast. I just registered in the app and put in my details and the details of the car I wanted to by and within a couple of minutes I had an answer. A big YES, they even said how much more I could have borrowed so if I needed to choose a different car I knew what my budget was.
When I had a little problem uploading a document, an in app message lead to a call back from Carmoola and the problem was sorted in minutes. A lovely lady on the phone talked me through it and waited on the call until she could see it on their system. Once approved and I had uploaded the document everything was completed the money showed on my card in the app. All I had to do was complete my purchase with the garage and then do a bank transfer from the app to make a payment.
All done, so simple and stress free. I even got a little gift through the post a few days later. Thank you Carmoola, I love driving my new car.

Good experience purchasing my car through the app, offered decent interest rates comparative to a loan, relatively speaking, and all handled fairly quick and easy.

There are a few stipulations using the service, such as min age, mileage and certain dealerships but I do understand there’s a level of risk mitigation they need to undertake, and whilst at first I thought this to be somewhat restrictive, I found the car I wanted for a price I was willing to pay from one of their promoted partners. This was also a very pleasant experience having previously had an issue purchasing from a dealer through auto trader, so although I perhaps paid a little more, I paid for peace of mind and top notch customer service.

I’d recommend Carmoola for anyone looking at financing a vehicle, there’s no obligation to buy and it just gives you options - which I think we all need in the current economy!

Where should I start! My experience with Carmoola has been impeccable from start to finish. The initial application process was straightforward, easy to follow and modern.

When searching for a new car, I knew my budget and there was full transparency along the way. After finding my perfect car, Carmoola instructed me with clear instructions on what to do next.

Please be warned, dealerships these days are pushy and persistent and will insist that you apply for their finance product, as of course they receive commissions. Therefore, it’s fair to say that they do not have your best interests at heart. However with Carmoola, they are the opposite and want what’s best for their customer. I obtained a much better monthly rate and service to follow.

Also, the dealership did not want to release the car until funds were received, as the car was purchased on a Sunday. Hanan felt my frustration and paid for a hotel as the dealership was three hours from our home.

Thanks so much and you are most definitely shaping the car finance industry, and you will not be dissatisfied with their level of service.
