Worst app ever

This app is good when it works but is always offline as a new member trialling this I am apprehensive as too whether to continue to pay for direct leads as I decided to email a customer back off my own email to be told she had not received my original email through the Checkatrade link which does not put my company in a good light for responding through I am always happy to pay for any service provided but the problem with me is I expect 100 % they also removed by contact number so when customers called they were told to revisit Checkatrade and choose another trader 😡again it’s a good job I am on the ball otherwise how long would this have gone on for

"I was a member of Checkatrade for two years, receiving high customer satisfaction and 5-star ratings for my roofing services. However, upon my return from a year-long contract in the USA, I applied to rejoin Checkatrade and my application was unfortunately declined. Despite my track record of providing quality work and excellent customer service, Checkatrade refused to reconsider my membership. Since then, I have encountered no problems rejoining other reputable platforms such as Get A Roofer, Bark, and My Builder, and have continued to receive glowing reviews. It's disappointing that Checkatrade did not recognize the value I brought and would continue to bring to their platform and the excellent service I have consistently provided." It seems they don’t quality contractors on there site since I’ve personally fixed lots of jobs caused by contractors from Checkatrade
