Sophia’s your eyes and ears at home, wherever you are. You can check in with her any time and she’ll also let you know instantly when she hears a sound or sees anything move. And because she can store up to 1000 hours of recordings, you won’t miss anything. Let Sophia help you look after babies, pets and loved ones.
Olivia - Indoor Rotating Security Camera
Olivia sees and hears everything. You’ll know when anything moves wherever Olivia is. You can move Olivia sideways and up and down using Clan so she can view the whole room and she can work with other members of the Clan Oscar and Sophia to monitor the whole house when you’re not there.
Oscar – Outdoor Security Camera
Oscar will help protect your property day and night. Whatever the weather he will see everything and make sure you know if he sees someone moving or hears a sound near your home. He’s easy to set up and will make sure you can monitor everything that happens outside your property. Oscar will work with Olivia and Sophia on Clan to make sure you can monitor and protect every part of your home.

Room for alot of improvement
When you get a notification for sound or motion detection, when you click on “view now” it should take you to the time frame of when the sensor was triggered not to the current time, end up wasting ages trying to go back to the exact time slot. It’s also very hard to find an event that that has happened because you have a little scroller to scroll through a whole 24hours with no indicators on the time line. You only get indicators on the time line when you pay for the cloud. Also There should also be a (speed X1.5, X2, X3 ect… because you end up spending ages trying to view what has been recorded. For example if someone broke into my car parked out the front during the middle of the night and i woke up to a smashed window i have to watch through 8 odd hours of footage to capture the moment it happened. This is the worst CCTV app there is on the market... Until improvements are made.
Clan at home
Clan at home works very well 99 percent of the time. Only issue I have is when my Olivia2 camera (which is monitoring my property in America ) goes offline I can’t reboot it remotely from the UK. It can be rebooted with the help of a friend in America who rebooted by turning off the power for 30 seconds then all is fine. Not sure why it sometimes goes offline as my older Time2 MIP11 camera in the same property has not failed at all. Overall it’s a good system.
Can’t Log On
I have had the cameras for a number of years and use this app. I haven’t logged on for a while and now isn’t recognising my account details (i have had the same email and phone number for 20+ years so no chance my user name isn’t one of them). Tried ‘forgot password’ but using email ‘user doesn’t exist’ using phone number ‘country/region not supported’ (united kingdom) so can’t reset password. Many emails ans a 30 minute call to be told no-one can tell me my account name but it will be email or phone number, so only option is to take my cameras down (not an option for me without paying someone to come and do it) and reinstall and make new account, therefore losing all of my footage which i need to access for important reasons. Ridiculous
