Good app for keeping an eye on bills

Good app for keeping an eye on bills. A few issues that have been ongoing for several months now that when you go to service status to check broadband connection a pop up states, maintenance in progress and abruptly closes the app. Also unable to toggle public Wi-fi on or off from the app and instead have to do it manually via the router. For some strange reason I am unable to report landline or broadband faults as it doesn’t recognise the Telephone number so I have to contact faults team by calling 152. If these bugs were sorted out would re rate 5 stars

Great access to your account information- but can never ever process payments by card !! (All card in date and funds available) Annoying just going to set up a DD if I can? Don’t have time as a business owner to keep trying to pay for bills .

This app does not exist!

That’s correct -according to BT technical support there is no BT APP Which connects to the bt hub. They where adamant that no such thing exists. So all the features of my bt business broadband such as service status, controlling the public Wi-fi etc, simply don’t work. Nothing but errors and messages telling me I need to buy a new hub (even though it was brand new yesterday). Hub works fine. Obviously because this app does not exist according to BT, This also means that they do not support it. After all, why would they support something that does not exist?

so all of my bt broadband features are managed by this app. Which doesn’t exist, doesn’t work and isn’t supported. Absolutely disgraceful.
