Good app for keeping an eye on bills
Good app for keeping an eye on bills. A few issues that have been ongoing for several months now that when you go to service status to check broadband connection a pop up states, maintenance in progress and abruptly closes the app. Also unable to toggle public Wi-fi on or off from the app and instead have to do it manually via the router. For some strange reason I am unable to report landline or broadband faults as it doesn’t recognise the Telephone number so I have to contact faults team by calling 152. If these bugs were sorted out would re rate 5 stars

I’ve had a problem with my broadband for approx. six months now, two engineer visits saying its my router and i have to pay £109 for a new one, i have the same router at home so decided to try that, still there is a problem! So not the router!, just checked my bank account and BT HAVE TAKEN £580 out of my account for the two engineer visits, just spent over an hour on the phone to India demanding a refund, after a lot of hassle they say they will refund, they also reminded me i have just come out of contract and would i like to renew🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I still have a problem with my broadband dropping nearly 300 times a day that they cant seem to fix, that i have been paying for for the last 6 months and they ask me do i want to RENEW 😂😂😂🤣 despicable treatment to a paying customer if a service they cant provide seemingly

I’ve had this problem for a long time where I was being charged for 2 accounts I thought that I had sorted it out over the phone months ago but it turns out that it was never sorted (probably because I was talking to online scammers). Beware because BT has a lot of fake numbers out there only trust communication via the app. Before I tried to fix my problem again and the sketchy person behind the phone hung up on me but as soon as I downloaded the app my problem was sorted immediately via live chat. 10/10 recommend.
