Security systems
Along with alerts that remind a user to check the status of their alarm when crossing the Geofence, biometric login for quick alarm system access and in-built voice notifications for events, our highly advanced and simple-to-use interface now features quick-action widgets for fast system arming and disarming.

NEW: Doorbell camera compatibility
Receive real-time alerts from the front door straight to your mobile device and stay connected to home; never missing a visitor or delivery again. Link with our SmartPlug for automations when the doorbell is activated, turning on and off devices in the property to build your smart home.*

NEW: Personal Help Alarm
If in a distressing or potentially life-threatening situation, the app’s free new feature enables users to raise an alarm by sending an SOS message along with their geolocation to a ‘bubble’ of family or friends requesting urgent assistance, whether inside or outside the home.

NEW: Home Automation
Our SmartPlug is compatible with HomeControl2.0, enabling on/off control of devices, such as lamps or plug-in devices. Additionally, scenes and automation can be configured and energy consumption can be monitored; all from a single interface.

*Important note: This feature relies upon mobile data networks and communications infrastructure. Your use of this feature is not a replacement for emergency services

Awful buggy app doesn’t connect

Update 10 Sep 23: I’ve checked Wi-Fi connections and have good signal, I’ve also moved it to the base router Wi-Fi to see Irvin’s my Wi-Fi mesh. I still have to try and connect several times in order to reach the panel. It isn’t a Wi-Fi connection as every other device is stable and I have the same issue in two different connections. There’s something amiss with the App, panel or cloud’s software. Whilst I get alerts on my phone, connecting to the alarm panel is hopeless and unreliable. I’ve tried numerous things with “support” but still takes several times to connect at times. It isn’t the Wi-Fi as everything else is ok and signal strength is good. It’s also very limited what you can do with the App. For example, settings etc. if you want an alarm with a good app, this is not the one for you. Judging by the feedback on here, I’m not the only one complaining. Update 19 Sep Thank you for the reply but i’ve tried all that more than once. The signal strength is always good. The software in the Panel, App or Cloud is just not reliable enough and needs some work to resolve especially as it’s an annual, paid subscription. Update 14th Oct I’ve tested the connection and it appears to be a lot more reliable. I’ll monitor it for a few weeks and see how it performs. Meanwhile, thanks you for addressing the issue and fingers crossed, the resolutions you've implemented in the cloud have worked.

When it works it’s great

When it works it’s great - we had an alarm installed yesterday and day 1 everything was smooth and worked well. However I’ve been unable to connect to the app since - seems extremely buggy, and constantly states unable to connect/check internet connection or try again in 30 seconds when all the login details are the same and internet connection is fine.
Extremely frustrating as it negates part of the reason we went for this alarm system (control from the app.) been unable to login all day today.

Developer Response ,

Great Simple App

Easy to use app, we install for all our clients, then only request from multiple clients is the ability to have a ‘holdup’ button on the app. We provide the wireless Fobs with our alarm so we enable the hold up function on the fobs. But we have had clients say when they are watching CCTV of there property but not at the property I will would beneficial to have a button on the app to activate the bell box to scare off potential intruders or car thieves. Is this something that can be added ? EDIT: Thanks for your reply, this is for the wireless bells I know there is a way to hardwire this in the panel for the wired bells but we very rarely install the wired bells, customers often opt for the less intrusive highly reliable wireless kit - Thanks

Developer Response ,

Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. This has been passed across to our App Development Team, to be taken into account for future development of the app. Please could you confirm if this is for a wired or wireless bell?
