Co wheels Car Club 4+

I use Co Wheels almost daily. I don’t have a car and wish to live a greener life. Being single makes this easier. I rate this company highly for its green credentials. Who needs to own a car! So I want to point out Co Wheels still cannot process invoices months after the issue arose. So if you’re a business this is a real headache. Please sort this Co Wheels! Hopefully this will be rectified soon. Also please will you correct an issue in the app whereby you cannot switch accounts to book? This is only possible in a web browser currently so is a bit of a hassle

I have been using CoWheels for at least 3 years now, but since the new app and website were launched, the experience has not been great. The app does not show the days of the week when booking, so you have to guesstimate the day based on the date, the chat function has never worked for me (as opposed to before), which means I always have to call if I have a question, and, probably the worse of all, the company seems unwilling to sanction EV users which do not plug in the car after using it. There have been many occasions where I had a booking for an important business trip, but wasn’t able to use the car because it was at 0% and not plugged in. As CoWheels pushes any fines to the user that incurred it, surely they can monitor if within 5-10 minutes of an EV booking finishing the user has plugged it in, and if they haven’t l, they can sanction that user with a fine or the prohibition to book an EV for a given time period.

It is slow to respond when trying to update the booking in mid-booking like for example when trying to extend the time, the pop-up dialogue took a while to disappear after pressing the required button or failed to register the time chosen at all.

The location of the car on the app always does not correspond to the actual location, like every single time. Had to phone the support to locate the car. Made worse after co-wheel opted to use zone parkings instead of dedicated parking bay (although that might more have to do with the local council instead) though the main point is still valid - inaccurate positioning.

Cannot update the booking using two different phone at any on time (both logged in with the same account)
