It looks like a lovely app but I can’t even enter my name as there’s only letters and number, and my name has a hyphen. Please can you change it so those of us with hyphenated names can sign up?
Good new features
Originally downloaded this app a while ago and then got a new phone so only recently re-downloaded it. Has changed a lot since I originally used it, many more things to use looks great.

Cogs helps me check in with how I feel which I’ve had problems with in the past. Helps me feel more balanced and handle my day to day emotions and communicate them better to the people I love 🧸
