First time using
Used the Callconnect service and app for the first time the other day after being told about it by a friend. App was very easy to use and booking process was extremely fast and easy. Bus was on-time and was well priced. Being able to track the bus in the app is a game changer. Definitely will be using the service more now it’s this easy and convenient. Just wished the app would send more push notifications to update you on your booking.
Could do better
The app’s ok, it’s just the booking, the first time I used it I wanted 9:30am so they gave me 9:30am-9:50am window but then I ended up with final pick up time of after 10am, it’s a good thing I didn’t have an appointment.
not a good service
the buses don’t show up,
the drivers are horrid. from my experience there was a women eating crisps. she then proceeds to lick her fingers and give me money.
then there is a glitch where i cant book anything when i’m desperate for transport
