Love coffee? Then you’re in the right place. The Costa Coffee app makes being a coffee fan so much easier and more rewarding. It’s the simplest way to collect Coffee Club points, order your favourite drink for collection in store (from June 2019), find your nearest Costa, view your points balance and exchange points for free treats. Yum!
All of your Coffee Club details are in the palm of your hand, so there’s no need to carry your loyalty card. Just scan your phone at the till whenever you make a purchase, or scan the code from Costa Express machines whilst your drink is being made.
With our app, you can:
• Log in with your current Coffee Club account details, register an existing card or set up a new account (and get a new member bonus of 100 points worth £1!)
• Use mobile ordering to order ahead and skip the queue in store (from June 2019)
• Track your points balance to see when you have enough for a free coffee or treat
• Find details of your nearest Costa stores including directions, opening times and facilities
• Ditch the card and keep Coffee Club in your pocket at all times
• Add your Coffee Club card to your Apple Wallet

Unfortunately, the Costa Coffee app is not currently available for use in Northern Ireland.

One Step Forward, Two Steps Back...
Downloaded the update: marginal “improvement” to the look of the App. No customisation (used to be able to add your own photo to the home screen)...doesn’t affect the functionality but was always a nice touch. History function has been crap for months...appears now to go further back in time than of late but still not to the beginning as before. Interesting that Apple Wallet is no longer working...why? Every time this App gets updated something else gets broken...promises to include it in a future update are irrelevant...shouldn’t have been broken in the first place!

Could be great, may be eventually but not yet
Only have the app because that used to be the only way to digitise the points card. Now can use via Wallet I only use the app infrequently, to check my points. It could do so much more (the competition does). What it does do it does well in all fairness but there’s little reason to use it.
The new in-app order at your nearest Costa looks great and could change how I use the app. But how I laughed when I saw my ‘nearest’ are all 200 miles away...
To be fair I am in London quite often so might be more useful to me then. If I remember. Frankly, it needs to incentivise me to use it (discount, special offers, special roasts) and unless it rolls out UK-wide I’ll probably forget it’s there until after I’ve order the usual way. Come on Costa - your coffee deserves better!

Hi, we are adding more and more features to the app in the upcoming year. We now have Costa Express Loyalty at all UK machines which is direct through the app. Costa Collect will also be added into more stores so do keep an eye out for this!
Poor first attempt at order ahead
I’ve today (4/4/18) received an email trumpeting your new order ahead functionality - had a look at the app, I already gave the latest version, which now allows me to pre-order from a menu of four drinks only, with no options to personalise those (even just choosing skimmed or semi-skimmed milk), no option to order a macchiato or even cortado and what appears to be an extremely limited range of trial stores.
Why bother releasing publicly if it’s only at this stage? This appears to be barely even at beta testing, let alone ready for public release. Please go away and fix this, roll out in all stores, come up with a solution to make order ahead compatible with reusable cups (and then you can actually get a step ahead of the competition) and then try again!
